Our parking spaces are leased for one semester at a time. At the end of each semester, students can renew their lease for the next semester at the same rate as their original bid. If students opt not to renew, the parking space will be available for bidding again. The homeowners also reserve the right to end the lease at the end of each semester if they decide to discontinue the service.

No. ParkNShark LLC assigns parking spaces exclusively to registered students who have paid for the service. This is to ensure the safety and security of our customers and their vehicles. Any unauthorized use of a parking space by someone other than the registered student may result in the termination of the service agreement and the loss of the parking space. We appreciate your compliance with this policy and your respect for other customers.

We value your satisfaction and trust in our services. However, due to the nature of our business, we cannot offer refunds except in extenuating circumstances. If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us and provide us with the details of your situation. We will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
